Sofia Rainaldi was always drawing as a child. Fascinated by art, she pursued an art history degree and museum work before transitioning into a career in fashion in New York City.
In 2020 she received a small watercolor set and began to paint in her free time, eventually moving into gouache, acrylics, and oil. She now dedicates her time to her studio practice base in California. The watercolor set still travels with her whenever she is on the road.
